Dehydrated

Just now was suppose to go work but I did not. I think before I felt home, I was already unwell. I felt so tired and don't feel like going to work at all. After I board the MRT, at around Khatib, I had some dizzy spells and my vision was blurred. I cannot see anything except a few colour patches. I almost blackout. Then later when wanna reach Yio Chu Kang, I bth, I vomited in the train. =.=" Really cannot control. Actually first time I vomited out, I swallowed back cos very ps vomit in train. But second time the whole thing just came out of my mouth. Then got some people give me tissue. When reached Yio Chu Kang, I immediately came out. Actually after I vomited, I felt abit better and wanted to head for work. But I think smt stopped me. I just took out my hp and called Shaw. Then I told Jenny I sick cannot go work. Then she say ok. So I called my mother and she asked me to go home immediately. So I went back. When I reached home, I was like a vegetable. No strength. I went to wash up and my mother went downstairs to see if the clinic is open cos today is Sunday. Some clinics open half day only. Then I fell onto the bed and my mother took my temp. 38.9 dc. After that I slept like a log. Then around 4pm, my mother woke me up ask me to go down clinic. Then the people call my name then I go in. The doctor ask me loads of crap. Then I told him I have sore throat, running nose, vomiting and fever. Then he took my temp still remain the same then he go and put an i-scream stick in my mouth and check my throat. I felt like vomiting then... The feeling was so awful. Then he say I am in the first stage of dehydration... The center of my tougue has no saliva. If second stage, the whole mouth no saliva already. So he give med and 2 days MC then I go home and sleep like a log again. Now I much better le. Doing Mdm Koh homework. Keke. I wanna go take my med.
