Virgin Hair Dyed

YES I DYED MY HAIR. I think it's on Monday? Yeah.Oh, and our Hollister parcel also arrived on Monday. :D

I bought a navy blue sweater! I will show you a picture later :)
Okay, so yes back to the header, I dyed my hair. With the Liese foam dye you saw on the previous post. It's 'sweet apricot' but apparently my hair doesn't look like any kind of apricot because my natural hair was like really black. But the colour turned out pretty nice :) It's like a shade of light brown.

Some of my friends say it's not obvious... But compare my hair now and before.

Okay, it can be also due to the lighting and effects. But I scrolled down to look at all the old pictures of mine, my hair looks really black. Now it's slightly lighter. But in March, I'm gonna dye it again. But this time, a brighter shade of brown.

Hey guys ~ I'm feeling really tired today.. Although I slept for like 12 hours straight.... T.T But here's the weekly update! (nevertheless) Friday 25/JAN/2013 As usual, I ended work at 6PM. Headed straight from Promenade to Jurong Point to meet Karen because she is gonna get me my birthday gift :D I got a new Vans sneakers! 
Tried the pudding milk tea with pearls from this bubble tea shop... I forgot the name.
It tasted pretty good!

My first 21st Birthday Party this year/in my life! Attended Keqi's 21st birthday at Aloha Changi! :) We had a hard time finding the place and the cabby actually dropped us at the wrong place... Thank god we managed to find the place in the end. Met up with a few friends before heading down together. Reached Changi around 6 in the evening :)

I have to say the cake was really gorgeous and stunning! Not to mention, it tasted awesome too :) Especially the lemon part.

As usual, we had a couple of drinks. The Vodka was nice; Spiced coffee & Almond.
I had really little that night but I was half conscious LOL. I still cannot hold liqour...... AS USUAL. Hahaha ~ The night was pretty much a blur after that. All I can remember was Jiaen singing some Thai songs with lyrics that goes like "FOR MORE NIGHT" and "CHAN JE BOK" LOL. Of course, they are not the actual lyrics. It was pure gibberish hahaha.
It was a great party :) And thank you everyone who made it awesome.

Didn't slept the entire night. Karen and I caught the first buses back home from Changi. When I got home, it was like 7AM and I took a quick shower before I crashed bed. I fell asleep like almost immediately. And when I woke up, BAM! It was 6PM.......
I slept the entire day..... ARGH.
So, I did pretty much nothing today. And I think I'm gonna have a really hard time falling asleep later... I'm so dead for work tomorrow :(
Anyway, my sister's friend got me a birthday gift HAHA. Guess what?
YES A HAIR DYE. Gonna dye it maybe tomorrow or something... Before my birthday celebration next saturday :)

Cheryl's 21st!

Hello everyone! :)It was Sunday yesterday but I didn't manage to update my blog because I was out late and when I came back home, I was dead beat; which brings me to explain why I was out late. It was Cheryl's 21st birthday yesterday! And we went for a casual dinner at Pastamania :) Bought her a small strawberry cake and a little gift. Here are some pictures :)

Just came back home. I was at SIM today to submit my documents. Met Jiaen and she accompanied me to SIM :) Coincidentally met Helen there and we talked for a bit before Xiao En went off for her lecture. So anyway, I was supposed to submit a passport picture of myself and my mom dug out a super old passport sized picture of me when I was in Primary 2. That was when I was 8? 13 years ago HAHA. Take a look if you want to have a good laugh!  HAHAHAHAHA. Who is this sexy girl with a bowl-cut hair and double chin?!?! Okay, that's me... LOL. I think it's really funny when I look at it hahahaha. It was a day of mixed emotions.Dad is hospitalized. I'm suppose to visit him in the hospital in a few hours time. But I think he's gonna be just fine. He is a strong man.. Just gonna do a short update. Finally met up with my study group :) We're that group of people who studied really hard for our O' levels back then in secondary school. After graduation, we continued meeting up at least once in a year. But for the past 5 years we have been gathering, apart from the first year, we didn't manage to have a full attendance. But yesterday, we did! Here are some pictures :)

Haircut!

Just got a hair cut. It was pretty random actually. I didn't have any intention to cut my hair any time soon. But I was looking at some Tumblr pictures yesterday night and I realized my hair is a whole load of bullshit. So I head down to the hairdresser after work today. The layers now look more defined. My fringe are really short though... It looks like bangs if I don't sweep them to the side. Oh well. It's Friday tomorrow! And I'm exceptionally happy because I will be meeting up with my lovely study group friends from secondary school :) Haven't seen some for a considerably long time. And then after that I'll meet my striptease friend Jiaen and Jeslyn HAHA. (inside joke) Shall update again on Sunday about the weekends! :)
Weekly Update! - Jan W2

Weekly update for the second week of January!I wanted to do it later after the day end since it's the end of the week, but I think I will be out late and I would want to sleep early. Have to wake up super early on Monday. Did pretty much this week. But I'm too lazy to put them all down in words. So I'll just write about some. Thursday 10/Jan/2012 Ended work on Thursday at 6 and I met up with Wenjie and Joanna at Admiralty for a casual dinner at the food court. Went to sit down at the stairs after that and we had a small talk. I was actually doing more of the talking. I was ranting about work... Yes. Camwhored a little after that :)  Went home and my sister wanted to bake cookies for her friend's birthday. So we decided to bake M&M cookies. It was pretty fail because it's our first time trying that particular recipe haha. It didn't look as good, but it taste pretty good :) Here are some pictures.    Friday 11/Jan/2012 Met Karen and Wenjie after work at Causeway Point because I wanted to pierce my ears. I know I have a lot of piercings on my ear already. But that's on my left ear. And my right ear has only one pathetic piercing lol. It's kinda weird to have many piercings on one and just one on the other. So I pierced the second and third.  After we pierced our ears, we went to have dinner and then desserts at Hong Kong Sheng Kee Desserts!  It's kinda slow to post so many pictures so I decided to do a collage :) I think I will do that the next time. It's faster. Saturday 12/Jan/2012 As promised I brought this girl to Momiji to have their lunch buffet. As good as ever :)

Bread Pie, marble cheese cake, cream puff and eclair.
Went home after lunch and continued baking the M&M cookies from the leftover batter and also made a new batch to finish the ingredients. And then in the evening it's the usual mahjong session with the ladies. Lost $3 today haha.
Gonna look for Jo later at town. I think this will be first time visiting her at work.
Looking forward to the day ahead.

Exactly 1 more month!

Yep, exactly one more month before my 21st. Time really flies. Well yes, age is just a number. I kinda agree with that. I'm not really planning a HUGE birthday celebration.. But it would be lovely if friends of mine could gather on this day and catch up. Because there is a handful of friends I haven't seen in a while and it would be a great gift to meet up.So we are at the end of the week again. Which means I would have to work tomorrow..... It was a horrible week. I was really busy at work and everyday, I just come home from work, have dinner and then just crash bed.. It's really horrible. But what can I do? I need the money :( I had a pretty nice weekend. Saturday 5/Jan/2013 I went back to the tuition center because TJ was supposed to teach Physics and she will be teaching some of my ex-students so I thought I should maybe pop by. It's also TJ's first day so I went there to give her my moral support... Okay actually not, I went there this:  HAHA. I'm really in love with the Milk Green Tea from GongCha. Yes I know, it's full of calories :( So Karen and I sent TJ to the tuition center since she didn't know how to go. It's pleasantly surprising that my ex-students actually all remembered me. It's nice to know. Really. After TJ and Karen's lesson, we went to have Subway for dinner.

Randomly at Subway, Karen was telling us that the owners of the Fishball noodle store in our secondary school is no longer there. And then suddenly we were all talking about ADSS and we all decided to trend #ADSS on twitter LOL. It was pretty funny reading all the tweets. Here are some of mine and my favorites: - Mon: Shredded Chicken Hor Fan Tues: Fishball Noodle Wed: Laksa Thurs: Prawn Noodle Fri: Lor MeeWe had a great time time laughing :) Secondary school was indeed the best time of my life. It's where my really good friends were all found and strong friendships were fostered during that time. So after dinner they came over to my place and we had a mahjong session after Jo joined us. I won $3.20 haha. It's kinda cute because we were playing on this mini table I got from Ikea with mini mahjong tiles. Take a look:  LOL. Karen also brought along some Korean wedding tea we were like some rich tai tais, playing mahjong and drinking tea hahahaha.  Sunday 6/Jan/2013 I slept at around 4AM in the morning and usually if I sleep at this time, I would probably wake up at around 2PM in the afternoon. But since I starting working, I got used to the number of hours I sleep and I woke up today morning at 11AM. It was a stay-home Sunday. I watched a few episodes of this Japanese drama I used to watch and then I head out for a jog. I think my timing improved lol. The very first time I ran after a year, my timing was like 25min for 2.4KM? Then it became like 21min for 2.4KM. Today, I did like 14min for 2KM. Soon soon... I'll be back in shape again ;) And I want to beat my J2 2.4KM timing of 13:50min! Had dinner, showered and then now I'm relaxing on my bed with a nice cup of wedding tea and a custard bun :)   I realised I haven't took a picture with my glasses for a long time LOL. So this is me in my PJs and my glasses without my eye-enlarging contact lenses. HAHA UMGLAM MUCH. Till the next time, folks!
2013 - A Brand New Year

First post of 2013.I had a pretty nice start to the year. I've got new furniture. So... I met up with Joanna, Wenjie and Karen this morning and we headed down to Ikea at Tampines. My intention was purely to accompany Joanna who wanted to look at some furniture. But I ended up buying a study table... lol. Had hot dogs for lunch! Because the restaurant was crazily packed! Couldn't find a seat and we were all famished. So we settled for hot dogs instead. Made rounds at Courts and Giant before picking up our furniture at Ikea. Well Jo wanted to get a study desk so I thought this would be a good time to buy my table too because we could then share the cab fare. So these are what we got:  In fact everyone got something from Ikea. But I guess, Jo and I bought most of the stuffs on the cart. Shared a cab back to Woodlands and then I decided to head down to the gym. Actually I didn't want to because I wanted to fix up my table and enjoy the evening with a nice dinner and the internet. BUT I thought: if I'm not going today, when will be the next time. Of course, I reminded myself about my new year's resolution (ahem). Yes.  So this is me after 2.4KM on the thread mill (sorry, I'm really a camwhore recently). Don't ask me my timing. It is pretty much screwed up haha. But its the second time I'm jogging after half a year so..... I will get back in shape soon! Oh yes, and that's Wenjie working out on the machine haha! We're now gym buddies! Got back home after gym and I fixed up the desk.

Yep, that's how it looks like now. The previous desk was smaller and it's like 4 years old? Time to change a new one! Matches my curtain haha. I intend to change every furniture in my room. But I guess, I would slowly buy them after March because right now I'm saving up for my Auckland trip! I'm still looking for friends to come along with me to make it 4 :( So that it would be more fun and of course, cheaper.
My next destination! Auckland!
Oh well, we shall see...
I'm freaking tired right now because I gym-ed, fixed my desk, cleaned up and of course packed my stuffs. I can sleep anytime now... But I bet when it gets later, I would get more awake haha.
