The Final Hours of 2012

1 hour 10 minutes more before the year ends.So here I am blogging from home. Yes, I'm counting down at home this year lol. It's the first time, I guess. But it's not a bad feeling actually haha. I would be welcoming the new year together with my family. New year resolutions! ( OF COURSE ) Like every year, but they seem never to come into realization... lol. Nevertheless, I will still list them for the sake of doing so hahaha ~ #1 To lose weight (HAHAHA THE SAME OLD THING EVERY YEAR) #2 To live healthier #3 To let go of every unhappiness this year #4 To achieve things (Too many to list. But it's in my head) #5 To find someone who I can love... and loves me back, of course (LOL) Yeah. Whatever right? Because every year, it's just listing a whole bunch of wishes that never seem to happen. But this year, I'll make sure some does. At least 4. As for the last one.. Oh well, let fate decide. So to all my lvoely friends and whoever reading this, a very happy new year and may you have a great year ahead. Second Last Day of 2012

It's 30/DEC/2012.The final days of 2012. Honestly, I can't wait for the year to end and leave everything depressing in this year and start the new year fresh. 2012 wasn't exactly a good year for me..... Well, soon. In less than 48 hours now. So on Friday evening after I knocked off, I met up with Karen and Wenjie and we went for dinner at North Point. I was feeling really tired that day. The work system was down at work and so I had to do file hunting, which was pretty taxing.

Karen was like 45 minutes late! So we had to wait for her. I was starving! But she bought us KOI :P Had Ovaltine Ice Cream Milk Tea! Haven't had KOI for a long time. I drink GongCha more often hehe.
After dinner, Wenjie and I had a couple of drinks and we watched 'Pitch Perfect'.

It's so funny that people think we are a couple LOL. I mean yes, we take a lot of pictures together and we spend a fair amount of time together too. I think that's why people have the misconception that we are a pair. BUT in fact, HE IS NOT MY BOYFRIEND! So stop asking! Hahahahahah ~ Yesterday afternoon, Wenjie came over to my house to have lunch and then we headed out to Woodlands Checkpoint. Bought a couple of studs.  I changed everything. I used to have all silver studs. But I got sick of the colour and I thought black wouldn't be bad. Played a few games of pool after that and we headed home. Karen and Joanna came over to my place in the evening for dinner and then Karen was helping me while I cleaned my room haha. Finally I have more space to put my clothes! I threw all my sister's school stuffs since she won't be needing them anymore. We were chatting and watching videos on YouTube after I cleaned up. The girls headed home after that and I went to meet Jiaen, Cheryl and Kim. Met up with Jiaen first and we ended up having McD for supper T.T Sinful... Went to waterfront with Cheryl and Kim after that and then I headed home. Feeling so sleepy :(
New Job/Christmas Meet-Ups/Wishes/Plans

HELLO LOVELY READERS!So if you read the blog title, you would know what is this post gonna be. First of all, let me talk about my new job. I got a job in a reinsurance company. For those who don't know what does an reinsurance company does (like me at first), they are actually insurance firms selling insurance policies to other insurance companies. LOL okay but that's not important. I started working last Wednesday and tomorrow will be my fourth day. But it's gonna be half-day tomorrow since it's Christmas eve. :) I'm glad. Let's not talk about work........ it makes me depressed. Christmas! So I had two meet ups just this week. One was on 21/Dec with my lovely friends Karen, Joanna, Tangjie and Wenjie. We were supposed to have a BBQ session at ECP but we settled for karaoke instead. We also had this mini gift exchange thingy after that. Here are some of the pictures that day:

I also met up with Miss Sum, Jiaren, John, Jianli and Cheryl on the 22/Dec for lunch at Momiji. The food there was awesome. The best Japanese Buffet I ever had!
Wishes! I think it's time for me to make a wish-list since a new year is about to begin and there are a whole load of things I need/want. If I don't do a list and save up, I will never buy them... Well, since I have a job now, I could finally list a number of things I want :)

I guess that's all I want.......
Plans! So... My work contract ends in March. And I'm planning a trip to Auckland, NZ in late March when the weather gets cooler. I've always wanted to experience how is it like to live in a farm. So I guess, a farm stay trip to NZ would be perfect. Oh yes, I'm planning to drag a few lovely friends with me to NZ lol. So I hope some of them are available! >.<
I love travelling so much. And there are a list of places I wanna visit so badly. I'm planning to travel once or twice in a year and I have already planned where to go next year and the year after :)
I'm gonna write a list of places I wanna visit soon, at the side of my blog.

So, let's start off by saying: everything has changed.I was reading my last post and it was dated all the way in August. Yeah, I haven't been here for a pretty long time. I've been really lazy... Okay, well not really. I was busy too. Change. Why do I say that? Was it me who has changed or was it you? Well you changed (or you simply removed the facade). And because of that, I'm going to change too. :) For the better, of course. And I must really say thank you. Really. Thank you for leaving at the right moment. Thank you for allowing me to see through you. Thank you for all your doings. Your departure has made me realize so many things. Things that I wasn't able to see when you were with me. The amount of love I received from my family and friends were so bountiful, it easily surpassed yours in the past. Well, to be honest, I did detest you at the beginning. But now, I think I don't. Instead, I feel sympathetic towards you and I think soon it will only be apathy. Where ever you may be, I hope you receive love too and that you are happy with the choices you made. I sincerely hope so. Enough said. I look forward to the new year, with new beginnings, new goals, new hopes and of course a brand new life. - So anyway, apart from blogging my feelings (or rants), I have something nice to share :) I went back to Vienna 2 weeks ago with my lil sister, my very good friend Wenjie and my sister's friend Jason. We were there for a week and we had hell loads of fun. :) I know it's gonna take a super long time to upload pictures and explain them in words so I did something different this time. I did a vlog. So what I did was I actually videoed some of the moments in Vienna and I compiled them into a 12 minute long clip. I'm still editing it. But once it's done, I would upload it :) Till then. Tschüss!
