First blog post of the year. Wow, I didn't noticed I haven't been writing for a long time. Of course again, a whole load of things have changed since the last time I was here.I shall recall a little from the past 3 months or so. Dec 13' Christmas Celebration 2013   Gosh, that was last year. Had two celebrations this year with these peepal ~ Jan 14' New Year Countdown  Steamboat at a friend's place. Ended up getting wasted, puking and the heading off to work with a mild hangover the next day. Jan 14' Cheryl Turns 22  Feb 14' I don't know about you, I'm feeling 22   First time on the ice rink was also on my 22nd hoho. Great day out. Thanks everyone! For the gifts and everything else! Current Updates First of all, I wanna share my travel plans for 2014! *drum rolls* I will be flying off to Tasmania, Australia in August and then Seoul in November! :D The Tasmania trip would be a 8D7N road trip. Yes, road trip. My first ever. So I am kinda more excited for the first one. And then it's another 8D7N retail therapy in Seoul. And I have to say that I am so lucky because for both trips, I've got a very good deal on my flight tickets. Having done that, I am now extremely broke from all the air tickets I have purchased (on impulse actually). Which brings me to my next point. It's hard choosing between school and work now. Yes, Prelims just ended today and this means there is only 56d left to my year 1 finals. I am in this constant dilemma of choosing work and studies AND this struggle is much harder than I thought it would be. Besides that, yeah I wanna talk about some horrendous pain I have been through last few weeks. I had a very bad toothache and it turns out that the previous filling I had was too deep and it caused a trauma to my nerves in the tooth and this tooth is now dead and the nerves have to be removed. Yes, root canal treatment. All over again. The last time I did was in the last quarter of 2011. I kinda forgot how it felt like but in memory, it wasn't a pleasant experience. Well actually, all dentist trips has never been pleasant for me... So today, I did my second root canal procedure which means there is 2 more to go. Well... I would say the pain this time was worse. But my dentist was really nice so I got that going for me, which is good. Been thinking a lot recently as well and I think life is kinda fucked. Sometimes when I think back, I feel like I have been too nice to some people. Which made me reflect a lot on myself as well. I do agree that sometimes, I take people for granted too. Especially those who are really nice to me. And I don't want that to happen because I know how it feels like. So I am working on it. I think a lot about the past recently idk why and I have to say, I miss a lot of people. Especially those who were once so close to me, I often wished nothing changed. And so I felt the need to re-engage with people I haven't talk to or seen for a long time - which is so not me I swear. Okay besides all that shit, I think life is still pretty good. I am doing a degree, I have a job which I enjoy because it's fun, I have travel plans and I have that handful of people I know I can always turn to no matter what. I don't even want to talk about relationships cos it's detrimental, over-rated, people suck and I love my dogs. It's time to look at the positive side of life. What a long and emotional post. Pfffft. I am tired. Until the next time.
