Sumobot competition

Next morning, we went SSC and we waited till like 1pm for the sumobot competition to start. First, we went to line up to inspect our robots. Things like measure wt and lght. Funny thing is, they never check for things like use more then 1 Lego set. So Ezekiel went to help us register then we went to check our sumobots. Ezekiel's sumo passed wt and lght. Mine too. Wei Hao very unlucky. The robot inspector say his sumo got 3 motors must remove one. The problem is, Ezekiel's sumo and my sumo also have 3 motors but we kept our mouths shut. Wei Hao obediently removed the motor and then the cheif judge for sumo come and nag at the robot inspectors; "Make sure all got 2 motors har! Ask them don argue. We say 2 means 2 ok! Must be very strict!". So noisy. Then we 3 were asked to go in and wait. We were then issued a red ribbon to tie on our heads. LOL. But when we are inside, Ezekiel put back the 3rd motor for Wei Hao and blocked it with some Lego. LOL. He did a clean job. I mean, it is really this easy to cheat as there is only one inspection through out the whole thing unless some people wants yours to be checked. So I also used some Lego to block. Quite a clean job too. When we were about to enter, we saw Sherwin, Aloysius and Kai Xin at the sprint there. Wha, they wear vest we tie ribbon. Their's nicer. LOL. Then we were like quite far apart so we gestured things like thumbs-up and OK at each other. Sprint queue was fast. Sumo queue was quite slow. When I went out, I saw all the spectators cheering and making lots of noise, I was so stressed. When I saw my own friends and teachers, I more stress. I really very scared cos my robot in the first place should not pass the inspection. So I scared I win my opponent then they not happy say I got 3 motors. All on luck one. Is randomly picked opponents. I am suppose to fight Wei Hao but we did a shuffle with other school becos they also don't wan to fight their own schoolmates. First match, all 3 of us won. Then we line up behind the qurur again and we were like so relived when we know all 3 was in. Then second round went in, that Jia Ren was there shouting and shouting. LOL. He is so cute. Saw Helen taking pic of me... Grrr! I look so stupid with that red ribbon tied on my head. LOL. Second round I also win. So I walked past the spectators and Hi-5 with Jia Ren then Shook Mr Goh's hand. LOL. So nevous... First few founds, the 3 of us pia till the end lor. All win. But got one match, very unlucky. Wei Hao won but his sumo was crushed. So we 3 gathered to help him fix back. We was like comforting each other and cheering each other on. LOL. Suppose to be enemies on the field become friends. We 3 is like one team, don't look like individual. Because I saw some people fight with their own school-mates and when they win, they will also cheer. But then me and Ezikiel was asked to move up as there was a very big gap. Then Wei Hao right at the back still fixing his robot. This time, his 3rd motor was clearly exposed and a girl from HSCS saw and suspected and she told the judges there. When I saw this, I was so damn worried. But I dunno what happened, the judge checked mine instead of Wei Hao's. I don't know whether they got check his or not but I only know Ezekiel's one was checked ba. When she walked to me and ask me to take out my robot, I act as if I cannot hear then I say "huh?" alot of times. LOL. Haha. Then she bth she say your robot got how many motors. Then I say 2 lar, just now I kena check at the entrance so throughly, summore the cheif jugde say must be very strict in number of motors then she say ok. LOL. Passed again! Then the HSCS girl not happy. Hehe. I actually wanted to ask Ezekiel to knock her off so she can shut the hell up. But I scared later Ezekiel whack her then she not happy, request to check Ezekiel's one then he die so I think nvm lar. After a few match, left very few people. I also never see Sherwin at the Sprint queue le. Haii, he out from second round lers. Quite sad. Soon, left 10 sumos. Me and Wei Hao watch Ezekiel's sumo on action but he lost. We was like damn worried man. Then when he out that time, we was like wha die lar we two. Then my turn, I won again. When I was back at the queue for the next round, Wei Hao one also kena knock out. Left me from ADSS and only girl. I saw Wei Hao walk out of the arena I felt so sad for him... Because we 3 actually wanted to pia top 3. Haii... But now cannot lers. Then when my turn, I turn back look at my opponent's robot, I tell myself, I can join Wei Hao and Ezekiel lers. Ture enough. I went to the second playfield, Jia Ren down there so noisy. LOL. Then I tell Jia Ren I lose liao lar. Then wha, that stupid sumo thingy from Rulang Primary overturn my Xiao Qiang! Hmpf! My roach sumo! Then I realised something when my robot was on it's back wheels, I forgot to put my weights in front! I thought that guy robot will not overturn me with a flat plate infront but I was wrong. When he won that time, he was jumping and cheering I was like can you just shut the hell up! Me, not sore loser. I also think that he deserves to win too. His sumo is definately more powerful then me. So I put my sumo in the box and removed my head-band. Now, I knoe the feeling. I really felt like crying out loud. It is only a few more positions to top 3. If there got no one, I sure cry like mad. When I came out of the arena, Jia Ren they all come talk to me then I keep on kao pei that robot. LOL. Then Miss Sum say very good lers then ask them to clap for me. LOL. Felt more relax because I was on the verge of tears. Then later Wei Hao also tell me he feel like crying at that point of time also. Who won't? We already going to top, then out like this, really very heartache de. Then we went to to look for Ezekiel cos we scared he too sad liao. LOL. But he was outside trying to find out the reason why he lost. I think this is the way. When he lose, he will find the reason why and improve it. In school, both of them very kp, always ask me take out mine and fight. Cos they set my Xiao Qiang as a target. But then I really learnt alot from this competition and this is the first time I experience true team-work. Teamwork, very important. If Wei Hao, Ezekiel and I don't have this, I think we will be out even earlier. So, Wei Hao and Ezekiel, I think even if we were out from top 3, we are still winners. =) Oh yeah, Angels won the 4th championship. So, ADSSians, get ready for a day off. LOL. Ok, needa catch alot of sleep. Good-night.
